PDF Tools

Runs on your device

Every PDF tool, right in your browser.

17 tools. No upload, no sign-up, no limits — your files never leave this tab.

How it works

Four steps, none of which touch the network.

    Why local-first

    Not a slogan. An architecture.

Hosted converters upload your document to a worker machine, process it there and send it back. A copy sits on someone else’s disk, under a retention policy you can’t inspect.

Here every tool runs in your browser. The server only stores optional account settings as small JSON. Open your network panel while you convert — no file goes anywhere.

    • 0 bytes uploaded
    • 0 accounts needed
    • ∞ files per day
    • 100% works offline

    What this doesn’t do

These need server-side engines. They can’t honestly be done in a browser tab, so they’re left out rather than half-built.
